Not exactly, while there are some tasks—helping to detail the reception timeline, for example—that both of us can help you with, an independent event planner is different in many important ways: YOU are our priority, from the moment you arrive to the moment you depart Los Cabos. We are always acting in your best interest; we give you the same advice as we would our own families.

We know all of the fine details of your event, from the look and feel of your “save the dates” to your wedding gown to your bridal bouquet. The venue event planner is limited to the details of the menu and area layout.. Often the venue event planner will have more than just your event to oversee that day and/or weekend, which does not give them the opportunity to put a lot of focus on YOU. We have at least two coordinators at your event, so when one of us is putting the finishing touches on the tables and checking in with the videographer, one of us can be with you talking you through pre-ceremony jitters.
